For opening the DOS-like command line interpreter, click Start > System > Command Prompt (Cmd.exe).

Run character-based applications and utilities.

You can use command prompt for creating and editing batch files to automate routine tasks. In this case Command Prompt will be more efficient than Active@ Boot Disk Explorer.
