I've booted from the Windows Boot CD provided and cannot find the C: drive or the SAM database. Why can't the software find it?

The Windows Boot environment was not able to detect the hardware used and did not load drivers for the hard drive.

You will have to use the LOAD DRIVERS link.

This appears on the lower left of the main Boot Disk screen. Load the appropriate hardware driver for the device in question.
